The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

UPDATE 13/06/2013: Pursuant to Clause 11.1 of the Instructions to Proposers, UNDP Moldova is hereby revising the Article 10.1 (Requirements for the institutional capacity of bidders) and the Article 7.2 (Non-functional requirements of the information system), Annex 1, Section 3 (Terms of Reference). Please take note of the Amendment no.1 to the solicitation documents published below.

In order to afford prospective Proposers reasonable time to consider the amendments in preparing their Proposals, UNDP Moldova is extending the deadline for submission of Proposals; the new deadline is on 25 June, 16:30 (Moldova local time).
