The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Offers shall be clearly marked with: RFP15/00946 "Elaboration of 7 feasibility studies for replicating the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) designed to deliver biomass-based heat services in districts of Moldova".

A pre-proposal conference will be held on 11 February 2015 at 11:00 on UNDP premises located at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please send a message to mihail.maciuca@undp.org by close of business on 10 February 2015.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
