The Expression of Interest for Grants is opened to NGOs, with the objective to enhance the degree of these specific groups’ participation in the upcoming elections, planned for 22 March 2015, inform them about the benefits of their participation in elections, encourage them to check their personal data on the preliminary voter lists, inform them about voters’ registration procedures and existing possibilities to verify and update voters’ data.

Project proposals should focus on design and implementation of targeted voters ‘education campaigns focusing on benefits from participation in elections and verification of voter lists data. The project proposals should target specific groups of voters namely youth (first-time voters) and ethnic minorities residing on ATU Gagauzia territory.

Within this Expression of Interest, limited number of projects will be selected, each of up to USD 15,000.00. Original and innovative project proposals will have priority. The projects approved for funding must be implemented within the following timeframe March 02, 2015 - March 20, 2015.

Apelul de exprimare a interesului faţă de granturile date este deschisă pentru ONG-uri, cu scopul de a consolida nivelul de participare a acestor grupuri specifice în viitoarele alegeri, planificate pentru 22 martie 2015, de a-i informa despre beneficiile ce reies din participarea lor în alegeri, de a-i încuraja să-şi verifice datele cu caracter personal de pe listele preliminare ale alegătorilor, de a-i informa despre procedurile de înregistrare a alegătorilor şi posibilităţile existente de verificare şi actualizare a datelor alegătorilor.

Propunerile de proiect urmează să se axeze pe elaborarea şi implementarea campaniilor de educare a alegătorilor, cu un accent pe beneficiile ce reies din participarea în alegeri şi verificarea datelor din listele de alegători. Propunerile de proiect se vor axa pe grupurile specifice – ţintă, şi anume tinerii (alegătorii care merg pentru prima dată la vor) şi minorităţile etnice de pe teritoriul UTA Găgăuzia.

În cadrul prezentului apel de exprimare a interesului, se va selecta un număr limitat de proiecte, fiecare pentru o sumă de până la 15,000.00 dolari SUA. Propunerile de proiect originale şi inovative vor fi prioritizate. Proiectele aprobate pentru finanţare urmează să fie implementate în perioada 02 martie 2015 – 20 martie 2015.

Конкурс на получение грантов открыт для НПО, с целью повышения степени участия этих конкретных групп в предстоящих выборах, запланированных на 22 марта 2015 года, информирования о преимуществах их участия в выборах, поощрения их к проверке своих личных данных  по предварительным спискам избирателей, информирования о процедурах регистрации и существующих возможностях проверки и обновления избирательных данных.

В этом конкурсе победит ограниченное количество проектов, каждый с бюджетом до 15,000.00 долларов США. Оригинальные и инновационные проекты будут иметь приоритет. Проекты, утвержденные для финансирования, должны быть реализованы в следующие сроки 02 марта 2015 - 20 марта 2015.

Проектные предложения должны быть направлены на разработку и проведение целевых  кампаний просвещения избирателей с акцентом на преимущества их участия в выборах и проверки списков избирателей. Проектные предложения должны быть нацелены на конкретные группы избирателей, а именно молодежь (новоиспеченные избиратели) и этнические меньшинства, проживающие на территории АТО Гагаузия.
