The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Offers shall be clearly marked with: RFP14/00883 "Feasibility study on replicating Public-Private Partnerships for establishing biomass heat delivery service in rayons of Moldova".

A pre-proposal conference will be held on 03 October 2014 at 10:00 on UNDP premises located at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please send a message to mihail.maciuca@undp.org by close of business on 02 October 2014.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
