Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

UPDATE 07/10/2014: UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Annex 1 (Technical Specifications) of the Request for Quotations document is amended to make certain corrections. Changes are marked in red within the document. The amended version of Annex 1 is published below. In order to afford prospective Proposers reasonable time to consider the amendment to the solicitation documents, UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for submission of Quotations until 13 October 2014, 16:30 (Moldova local time).
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.
