The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP to the following address:

UNDP Moldova will organize on its premises a pre-bidding conference on 26 September 2014, at 10:00 (Moldova local time). Representatives of all interested Bidders are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Corneliu Martiniuc, Procurement Associate (corneliu.martiniuc@undp.org) by COB on 25 September 2014.

Bids can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Bids received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete bids shall not be examined.

Bids must be delivered to UNDP Moldova office on or before 11:00 (Moldova local time) on 17 October 2014. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, on 17 October 2014 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 06/10/2014: Minutes of the Pre-bidding Conference held on 26/09/2014 are now published below. Minutes also contain answers to clarification questions received from Bidders after the Pre-bidding Conference (as of 03/10/2014). Also an Important Note was added, providing more detailed explanations with regards to this competition, and Section 7 (Price Schedule Form) has been amended. Bidders are requested to use the Amended Section 7 published below, when submitting their Bids.
