We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the renovation works for the Parliamentary Constituency Offices in Edinet, Orhei and Leova cities, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Offers may be submitted on or before 28 May 2014, 16:30 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

UPDATE 29/05/2014: The competition for LOT 2 (Edinet) and LOT 3 (Orhei) is hereby extended until 3 June 2014, 16:30 (Moldova local time). All terms and conditions of the solicitation documents in relation to LOT 2 and LOT 3, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.
The competition for LOT 1 is closed as of the initially set deadline. No more offers shall be accepted for LOT 1.
