UNDP Moldova invites Sealed Bids for the construction of biomass (pellets and/or briquettes) fired heating systems in selected municipalities of the Republic of Moldova as follows:

Lot 1: “Construction of biomass heating systems in public buildings in the municipalities Cotiujeni and Grimancauti from Briceni district, Hadarauti from Ocnita district, Ruseni and Parcova from Edinet district and Nicoreni from Drochia district”

Lot 2: “Construction of biomass heating systems in public buildings in the municipalities Cocieri and Ustia from Dubasari district”

On 30 April 2014 at 10:00 UNDP Moldova will organise a pre-bidding conference on its premises located at 29, Sfatul Tarii Str., of. 305. Representatives of all interested companies are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to mihail.maciuca@undp.org by COB on Tuesday, 29 April 2014.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 16 May 2014 at 14:00 (Moldova local time).

UPDATE 12/05/2014: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instructions to Bidders, in the result of discussions held with participants during the site visits (performed during 6 – 8 May 2014), UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no.1 to ITB14/00783 is hereby published below.
The amended versions of the annexes No. 2, 4 and 6 are hereby attached in Romanian and English. Changes are marked in red within the documents. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

UPDATE 13/05/2014: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instructions to Bidders, in order to afford prospective bidders reasonable time to consider the amendments made to the list of works in Annexes 2, 4 and 6 (see Amendment no. 1, dated 12 May 2014), UNDP Moldova is hereby extending the deadline for submission of bids, and is hereby amending the solicitation documents. Amendment no.2 to ITB14/00783 is hereby published below.
Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 19 May 2014 at 14:00 (Moldova local time).
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation documents, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

UPDATE 15/05/2014: Pursuant to Clause 11 of the Instructions to Bidders, UNDP Moldova is hereby amending the Section 8: FORM FOR BID SECURITY included in the solicitation documents. Amendment no.3 to ITB14/00783 is hereby published below.
