You are requested to submit a proposal for the design and delivery of a training programme on advocacy and presentation skills for the Members of Parlimaent of Moldova, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RfP14/00782: Design and Delivery of a Training Programme on  Advocacy and Presentation Skills” should reach the UNDP office no later than 17 April, 2014, 16:30 hours, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
