We kindly request Event Organizers & Hotels to submit their quotation not later than 12:00 (local time) on 30 September 2013. 

Location: Outside Chisinau, maximum distance from Chisinau-60 km, with good road access to the locality and venue.

Participants:

Lot 1 –up to 30 persons (number might slightly vary)

Lot 2 - up to 50 persons (number might slightly vary)

Tentative schedule of events:

10-11 October 2013; 17-18 October 2013; 24-25 October 2013 31 October-01 November 2013 07-08 November 2013; 14-15 November 2013;

21-22 November 2013; 28-29 November 2013; 05-06 December 2013; 30-31 January 2014; 06-07 February 2014; 13-14 February 2014.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
