UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises at "Le Roi" Business Centre (29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova) a pre-bidding conference on 21 August 2013 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested bidders are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Victoria Fonari, SCBM Program Assistant (victoria.fonari@undp.org) by COB on 19 August 2013.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Deadline of Bid Submission is 06 September 2013, 11:00 (Moldova local time)

Bids can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Bids received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
