JILDP/UNDP seeks specialized consulting organizations (hereinafter Service Provider) that have capacity to assist setting up and development of IMC projects. 

 The Overall Objective of the assignment is to provide support to 10 JILDP groups of localities (hereinafter ‘LPA clusters’) in ensuring efficient provision of quality services to citizens using IMC. These IMC models will be as examples to advocate for practical solutions to overcome the deficit of capacity of small municipalities to deliver particular public services. IMC is a recommended methodology by the National Decentralization Strategy.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
