We kindly request authorized companies to submit their quotations not later than 17:00 (local time) on 16 October 2012.

Companies may submit quotations per specific Lot as stated in the Request for Quotation

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

b) Offers sent electronically need to be addressed to the following e-mail address:

Electronic quotations should be scanned or otherwise converted into one electronic .pdf (Adobe Acrobate) format file and attached to the email message. The Subject line of the email message should state: "RFQ: IT Equipment - WEE Program/UN Women. The opening of the quotation file must be secured with a password protected ZIP archive.  The password will be requested by UN Women Moldova after the expiration of competition deadline.
