UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises at "Le Roi" Business Centre (29, Sfatul Tarii Street, 3rd floor, room 305, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova) a pre-bidding conference on 18 September 2012 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested bidders are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please, send a message to Victoria Fonari, SCBM Program Assistant (victoria.fonari@undp.org) by COB on 17 September 2012.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule should be submitted in accordance with Section 2. Deadline of Bid Submission is 1 October 2012, 11:00 (Moldova local time).

Bids can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically.

a) Bids in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:
