UNDP Moldova, on behalf of the UN Agencies in Moldova, hereby solicits your bid for the supply of Office Stationery on Long Term Agreement basis for an initial period of 1 (one) year with the option to extend for 2 (two) additional years, subject to a satisfactory performance evaluation.

Bids must be delivered to UNDP Moldova office on or before 11:00 (Moldova local time) on 16 August 2012.  Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Bids received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete bids shall not be examined.

a) Documents/offers in hard copy need to be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

b) Bids sent electronically need to be addressed to the following e-mail address:

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova, on 16 August 2012 at 12:00 (Moldova local time).
