The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for services for the “Organization of specialized sessions and thematic roundtables in Moldova and its Transnistrian region” within the Support to Confidence Building Measures (SCBM) programme, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

The key objective is to provide business sector beneficiaries and economic decision-makers on both banks with relevant support services, and namely, organization of specialized sessions and thematic roundtables.

Overall objective: Organization of specialized sessions and thematic roundtables with a view to re-establish economic ties, enhance confidence and become a building block on the path towards stronger economic cooperation between the sides.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Organization of specialized sessions and thematic roundtables in Moldova and its Transnistrian region”, should reach the UNDP office no later than the indicated deadline. 

UNDP Moldova will organise on its premises a pre-bidding conference on 13 July, 2012 at 11:00. Representatives of all interested applicants are invited to attend. To confirm participation, please send a message to Ms. Natalia Djandjgava, Business Development Project Officer, natalia.djandjgava@undp.org  by COB 12 July 2012.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
