The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies for the development and implementation of a fully fledged Aid Information Management System (AIMS) and transfer the data from the existing system (IDEA) as described in the attached Terms of Reference (RfP – Annex III).

The offer comprising technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Services for Development and Implementation of the Aid Information Management System of Moldova”, by the announced deadline.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
