You are requested to submit a proposal for the design and delivery of a Training Programme on Diversity for the staff of UN agencies in Moldova, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Design and Delivery of a Training Programme on Diversity for the staff of UN agencies in Moldova” should reach the UNDP office no later than 22 February 2012, 17:00, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
