You are requested to submit a proposal for the design and delivery of a training programme on presentation and reporting skills for Parliament of Moldova Secretariat staff, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Design and delivery of a training programme on presentation and reporting skills for Parliament of Moldova Secretariat staff” should reach the UNDP office no later than 13 February, 2012 12:30 hours, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
