You are requested to submit a proposal for the design and delivery of a negotiation and conflict management skills training for senior managers from the Parliament of Moldova Secretariat, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising the technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Design and delivery of a negotiation and conflict management skills training for senior managers from the Parliament of Moldova Secretariat” should reach the UNDP office no later than 10 February, 2012, 12:30 hours, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
