You are requested to submit a proposal for the design and development of a Website for Children on the functioning of the Parliament of Moldova, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Design and development of the Parliamentary Website for Children” should reach the UNDP office no later than 27 January, 2012 12:30 hours, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
