The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified entities to undertake a study on the demand and supply of child care facilities in Moldova, including from the angle of Early Childhood Development importance for child survival and development and women’s employability and job retention

Offers can be submitted in hard copy only. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
