Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP for organizing a public discussion/hearing (Policy Forum) in Hincesti” should reach the UNDP office no later than 11 November, 2011 12:30 hours, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
