Technical Condition of vehicle:

-          Electric valve for idle running must be replaced

-          Main gear pair of front axle is worn, must be replaced

Sale Conditions and Requirements:

• The vehicle can be inspected in the period 1 - 15 November 2011, between 09:00 and 17:00 at the following address: # 1, Vasile Alecsandri Street, Chisinau;
• The sale will be made to the highest bidder, based on the offers received;
• Bids, prepared in accordance with the form below, shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the UN Women Office at the address # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau, not later than 16:30 (local time) on 15 November 2011. The bids shall be marked with the note “Auction - UAZ31622/WEE”. Late bids, or those submitted in un-sealed envelopes, shall not be considered. Offers can also be submitted electronically to the following email address: tenders-Moldova@undp.org;
• UN Women reserves the right to reject any bid without providing the reasons for doing so;
• Payment shall be made in cash or by bank transfer in Moldovan Lei at the UN Operational Rate of Exchange on the day of payment;
• The buyer agrees that the vehicle is sold “as is, where is”, in its present technical state without any written guarantees;
• The sold vehicle is not subject to return or exchange;
• The vehicle is not cleared by customs;
• UN Women will provide a receipt that will serve as the official bill of sale. UN Women will retain diplomatic license plates and registration documents in order to de-register the vehicles. UN Women will arrange necessary documents (official letter to authorities to arrange de-registration and customs declaration) within five working days after receipt of payment. The buyer shall be responsible for all further expenses related to vehicle registration;
• The vehicle shall be handed-over only upon payment of full bid price;
• Payment and receipt of vehicle shall be done within five working days following the announcement of the winner;
• UN Women shall not bear the responsibility for any repairs or any other service charges of the sold vehicle;
• The buyer shall bear all related customs clearance, transportation and insurance costs of the sold vehicle.

 Условия продажи и требования

• Автомобиль можно осмотреть с 1 по 15 ноября 2011 г. с 09:00 до 17:00 часов по адресу г. Кишинев, ул. Василе Александри, 1;
• Продажа будет осуществлена на основе поданных предложений тому участнику, который предложит наибольшую цену;
• Заявки, заполненные по указанной ниже форме, должны быть направлены в запечатанном конверте в офис ПРООН по адресу г. Кишинев, ул. 31 Августа 1989, 131 не позднее 16:30 часов (по местному времени) 15 ноября 2011 г. Просьба указать на конверте “Аукцион по продаже автомобиля UAZ31622 ”. Предложения, поданные с опозданием либо в открытом конверте, рассматриваться не будут. Предложения также можно отправить по электронному адресу: tenders-Moldova@undp.org;
• ООН Женщины оставляет за собой право отклонить любое предложение без указания причин;
• Форма оплаты: наличный или безналичный расчет в молдавских леях по официальному курсу ООН на день оплаты;
• Покупатель заранее принимает условие, что автомобиль продаётся по принципу «как есть и где есть», в его нынешнем состоянии, без каких-либо письменных или иных гарантий;
• Проданные автомобили не подлежат обмену или возврату;
• Автомобиль не растаможен;
• ООН Женщины предоставляет квитанцию, которая является официальным чеком на проданный товар. Дипломатические номера и регистрационные документы на автомобиль будут оставаться в ООН Женщины до момента окончательного снятия с учета автомобиля. ООН Женщины берёт на себя обязательство в течение пяти рабочих дней после получения оплаты оформить необходимые документы (официальное письмо в соответствующие органы для снятия с учета и таможенную декларацию). Все затраты связанные с дальнейшим оформлением автомобиля несёт Покупатель;
• Передача автомобиля будет осуществлена только после окончательной выплаты полной аукционной стоимости;
• Оплата и получение автомобиля должны быть осуществлены в течение пяти рабочих дней со дня оглашения имени победителя;
• ООН Женщины не берет на себя никаких обязательств по ремонту или какому-либо иному обслуживанию проданного автомобиля;
• Любые возможные расходы по растамаживанию, перевозке и страхованию берет на себя Покупатель.
