The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies to perform two brief surveys to collect a set of surveys and studies to collect e-development related data.  The assignment will be performed according to the TOR (ANNEX III). The Contract will be awarded to the Company with the best proposal, i.e. the proposal that will have the highest score according to evaluation criteria.

IMPORTANT NOTE (22 May 2009):

Due to the fact that a number of questions were received from potential offerors, UNDP decided to extend the competition until 1 June 2009, 16:30 (Moldova local time) and to organize a Pre-bidding Conference. The Conference will be held at UNDP Moldova, 131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012, Chisinau on Tuesday, 26 May 2009, 15:00. Please, access below Questions & Answers.

Offerors that already submitted a proposal are invited to review these additional documents and, should the need be, re-submit their entire proposal or submit amended parts of their offers, clearly indicating the changes.
