The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for providing training services for Newly Elected Local Officials.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The present RFP consists of 4 (four) LOTS. Each LOT is being associated to 1 (one) TOR (Annex III). The Offeror may submit a Proposal covering one or more LOTs. In case the Offeror applies for more than 1(one) LOT, it should demonstrate enough capacity (sufficient and available technical resources, different implementing teams, etc.) to implement the activities efficiently and within the proposed timeframe.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Training services for Newly Elected Local Officials LOT 1 / LOT 2 / LOT 3 / LOT 4 – JILDP” should reach the UNDP office no later than 3 October 2011, 16:30, local time.
