The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies to facilitate official launching of the Joint Information and Services Bureau in Cantemir rayon.

Offers can be submitted in hard copy only. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
