You are requested to submit a proposal for providing consultancy services to support Chisinau Mayoralty to Develop and Implement the Information System on Land Management and Urbanism, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Information System on Land Management and Urbanism for Chisinau Municipality - JILDP” should reach the UNDP office no later than 29 August 2011, 16:30, local time.
