You are requested to submit a proposal for development of the Concept of a Media Campaign and campaign materials on antidiscrimination and promotion of social inclusion of vulnerable groups, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
