The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for undertaking a communication training for the Joint Information and Service Bureaus’ service providers and rayon administration’s public servants in four pilot rayons under WEE Programme

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy only. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
