1. You are requested to submit a proposal for ICT services for the implementation of an Integrated Newsroom Production System for TRM, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Pursuant to Clause 6 of the Instructions to Bidders, UNDP Moldova is hereby revising the Annex IV, Concept and Technical Specifications. Please take note of the Amendment no.1 to the solicitation documents published below.

UPDATE 21/07/2011: In order to clear the discrepancy between the deadline indicated in the Request for Proposal document (22 July 2011, 11:00, local time) and the one indicated on the UNDP Moldova website (22 July 2011, 16:30, GMT+2:00), this is to confirm that the deadline of the competition is set for 22 July 2011, 16:30 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
