Expression of Interest for selection and training of a core pool of experts and resource persons from local NGOs / specialized public institutions of the Republic of Moldova to improve the knowledge and skills in local social and economic development planning, monitoring and evaluation based on HRBA and GM principles, with a subsequent involvement of selected experts in local planning activities in the JILDP target communities.
