The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for the production of a review and amendment of Legislation of the Republic of Moldova with regard to the social publicity. The assignment will be performed according to ToR (ANNEX III). The offers shall be comprised of two parts: technical and financial. Each part is presented in sealed envelopes. The Contract will be awarded to the Company with the proposal that will obtain the highest cumulative score according to evaluation criteria.
