The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified consulting companies, with relevant experience, for the elaboration of the feasibility study for establishment and running of a Training Unit/Center to improve statistical literacy and develop data use skills and abilities of the public. The direct beneficiary is National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The assignment will be performed according to the ToR (Annex III to RfP).

Offers will comprise of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Feasibility Study for a Training Unit in Statistics” and should be submitted by the announced deadline either in hard copy or electronically:
