The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for undertaking a comprehensive capacity assessment of service providers operating in 4 (four) pilot rayons/districts[1] with focus on the employment, social protection, SME, agriculture/extension, and finances in view of developing recommendations for further service provision improvement.
