The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies/NGOs for the organization of the 2011 edition of the Family Festival in Moldova, 9-15 May 2011. The assignment will be performed according to the ToR (Annex III herewith).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: 2011 edition of the Family Festival” should reach the UNDP office no later than 07 April 2011, 16:30 (Moldova local time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
