The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for the undertaking legal analysis and providing advice on improvement of normative/regulatory framework for local public authorities in human rights based and gender equality responsive local development and decentralization

Offers can be submitted in hard copy only. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
