The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for the undertaking full cycle of community mobilization for empowerment and providing support to community involvement in development of local socio-economic strategies and implementation of community-led initiatives in a HRBA-based and gender-sensitive manner. 

It is envisaged that under current initiative a long-term professional services contract (up to 18 months) will be awarded to a national company which will be responsible for (i) planning and implementation of a full cycly of community mobilization for empowerment in 7 localities in Moldova and (ii) provide technical and advisory support to community involvement in development of local socio-economic strategies and implementation of community-led initiatives in a HRBA-based and gender sensitive manner.

Offers can be submitted in hard copy only. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
