Technical Condition of listed vehicles:

TS 121 AJ – clutch set shall be changed;
TS 121 AK – clutch shall be maintained/changed; high-pressure fuel sensor shall be checked/changed;
TS 121 AX – clutch shall be maintained/changed; rear left bearing shall be changed;
TS 121 AZ – clutch shall be maintained/changed; high-pressure fuel sensor shall be checked/changed;
TS 121 AP – front side after accident; repair works were estimated at 2,600 USD (not operational);
TS 121 BH – front left steering gear connection shall be changed (not operational).

Sale Conditions and Requirements

The vehicles can be examined on 14 March – 22 March 2011, between 15:00 and 17:00 at the following address: # 21, Industriala street, Chisinau;
The sale will be made to the highest bidder(s), based on the offers received;
Bids according to the form below shall be submitted in sealed envelopes to the UNDP Office at the address # 131, 31 August 1989 Street, Chisinau, not later than 16:30 (local time) on 25 March 2011. The bids shall be marked with the note “Auction on Land Rovers/EUBAM”. Late bids, or those submitted in un-sealed envelopes, shall not be considered. Bids can also be submitted electronically to the following email address: tenders-Moldova@undp.org;
UNDP reserves the right to reject any bid without providing the reasons for doing so;
Payment shall be made in cash or by bank transfer in Moldovan Lei at the UN Operational Rate of Exchange on the day of payment;
The buyer/buyers shall accept that the vehicles are sold on the “as they are, where they are” basis, in their current technical conditions without any written guarantees;
The sold vehicles shall not be subject to return or exchange;
The vehicles are not cleared by the customs (except TS 121 BH);
UNDP will provide a receipt that will serve as the official bill of sale. This bill of sale is required to complete the vehicle de-registration application and should be kept safe until the end of de-registration process;
UNDP will retain diplomatic license plates and registration documents in order to de-register the vehicles. UNDP will arrange necessary documents (official letter to authorities to arrange the de-registration and customs declaration) within ten working days after receipt of payment. The buyer shall be responsible for all further expenses related to vehicle registration;
The vehicles shall be handed-over only upon payment of full bid price;
Payment and receipt of vehicle shall be done within 5 working days following the announcement of the winner / winners;
UNDP shall bear no responsibility for any repairs or any other service charges of the sold vehicles;
The buyer shall bear all related transportation and insurance costs related to the purchased vehicles.

Техническое состояние указанных автомобилей:

TS 121 AJ – необходимо заменить сцепление;
TS 121 AK – необходимо отремонтировать/заменить муфту сцепления; необходимо проверить/заменить датчик высокого давления топливноизмерительной системы;
TS 121 AX – необходимо отремонтировать/заменить муфту сцепления; необходимо заменить задний левый подшипник;
TS 121 AK – необходимо отремонтировать/заменить муфту сцепления; необходимо проверить/заменить датчик высокого давления топливноизмерительной системы;
TS 121 AP – передняя сторона пострадала во время дорожнотранспортного происшествия; ремонтные работы были оценены в 2600 дол. США (не работает);
TS 121 BH – следует поменять переднюю левую рулевую тягу (не работает).

Условия продажи и требования

Автомобили можно осмотреть с 14 по 22 марта 2011г. с 15:00 до 17:00 часов по адресу г. Кишинев, ул. Индустриальная, 21;
Продажа будет осуществлена на основе поданных предложений тому участнику, который предложит наибольшую цену;
Заявки, заполненные по указанной ниже форме, должны быть направлены в запечатанном конверте в офис ПРООН по адресу г.Кишинев, ул. 31 Августа 1989, 131 не позднее 16:30 часов (по местному времени) 25 марта 2011 г. Просьба указать на конверте “Аукцион по продаже автомобилей Land Rovers/EUBAM”. Предложения, поданные с опозданием либо в открытом конверте, рассматриваться не будут. Предложения также можно отправить по электронному адресу: tenders-Moldova@undp.org;
ПРООН оставляет за собой право отклонить любое предложение без указания причин;
Форма оплаты: наличный или безналичный расчет в молдавских леях по официальному курсу ООН на день оплаты;
Покупатель/Покупатели заранее принимает/ют условие, что автомобили продаются по принципу «как есть и где есть», в их нынешнем состоянии, без каких-либо письменных или иных гарантий;
Проданные автомобили не подлежат обмену или возврату;
Автомобили не растаможены (за исключением TS 121 BH);
ПРООН предоставляет квитанцию, которая является официальным чеком на проданный товар. Этот счет необходим для снятия с учета автомобиля и должен быть сохранен до завершения данного процесса;
Дипломатические номера и регистрационные документы на автомобили будут оставаться в ПРООН до момента окончательного снятия с учета автомобилей. ПРООН берёт на себя обязательство в течение десяти рабочих дней после получения оплаты оформить необходимые документы (официальное письмо в соответствующие органы для снятия с учета и таможенную декларацию). Все затраты связанные с дальнейшим оформлением автомобилей несёт Покупатель;
Передача автомобилей будет осуществлена только после окончательной выплаты полной аукционной стоимости;
Оплата и получение автомобилей должны быть осуществлены в течение 5 рабочих дней со дня оглашения имени победителя/победителей;
ПРООН не берет на себя никаких обязательств по ремонту или какому-либо иному обслуживанию проданных автомобилей;
Любые возможные расходы по перевозке и страхованию берет на себя Покупатель.
