You are kindly requested to submit your quotation for the following items before 15 February 2011;

Purpose:	Training facilities with accommodation for a Training of Trainers for the Department of Penitentiary Institutions and for the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Period:	01-04 March 2011 (4 days/3 nights); 19-22 April 2011 (4 days/3 nights)
Participants:	Up to 25 persons
Venue location:	Outside Chisinau city

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.

UPDATE 14/03/2011: Due to changes in the highest levels of personnel within the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the initial project plans concerning the organisation of the Training of Trainers for the Department of Penitentiary Institutions and for the Ministry of Internal Affairs are no longer valid. According to the preliminary agreement with the MIA, the ToTs are postponed for September/October 2011, and a competition for identifying the training facilities will be held in mid-summer 2011.
