The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for the provision of business support and development services in Moldova and its Transnistrian region within the Support to Confidence Building Measures (SCBM) project in line with the Terms of Reference attached in Annex III.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Business support and development services in Moldova and its Transnistrian region, LOT 1/2/3”, clearly specifying the LOT number, should reach the UNDP office no later than 22 November 2010, 16:00, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
