The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for conducting an in-depth analysis of Human Resource (HR) system in Rezina Town Hall (and subordinate structures) so as to provide and implement recommendations for improvement the organization and the overall efficiency of the Town Hall.
