The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for

(i) undertaking a comprehensive mapping of services rendered by public and private providers in 4 rayons with focus on vulnerable groups as well as from the perspective of women’s needs,

(ii)identifying the channels of information dissemination (from the national to local and at the local level) and

(iii) mapping of all active CSOs/networks/groups in these rayons.

Your offer comprising of (1) technical proposal and (2) price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Services for mapping of services provided in four pilot rayons of Moldova in the area of employment, social protection and entrepreneurship/UNIFEM WEE program” should reach the UNDP office no later than 4 November 2010, 5:00 pm (Moldova time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
