The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies for the provision of services for the Development and Implementation of an Opinion Poll.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP for Development and Implementation of Opinion Poll” should reach the UNDP office no later than 22 October 2010, 16:30 (Chisinau time).

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
