The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies to elaborate 3 Feasibility Studies for creating of Industrial Parks based on public property of central and/or local authorities. The assignment will be performed according to ToR (ANNEX III). The offers shall be comprised of two parts: technical and financial. Each part is presented in sealed envelopes. The Contract will be awarded to the Company with the proposal that will obtain the highest cumulative score according to evaluation criteria.

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Services for elaboration of 3 feasibility studies for creating Industrial Parks based on public property of central and/or local authorities” should reach the UNDP office no later than 1 October 2010, 16:30, local time.
