The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from the qualified companies to assist the Centre for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption (CCECC) of the Republic of Moldova to improve its intelligence gathering capacity with introduction of more effective special techniques, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR). A training programme shall be conducted for the members of the CCECC’s relevant unit that will be focused on the training and use of undercover officers for combating corruption.

The offers shall be comprised of two parts: technical and financial. Each part is submitted in sealed envelopes.

The Contract will be awarded to the Company obtaining the highest cumulative score according to the established evaluation criteria.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
