You are requested to submit a proposal for production of a documentary, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Documentary – BO” should reach the UNDP office no later than 22 July 2010, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
