You are requested to submit a proposal for Travel Management services, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Travel Management Services” should reach the UNDP office no later than 23 July 2010, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.

UPDATE 20/07/2010: Minutes of the Pre-bidding Conference are published below. Please, note that based on new information received from participants at the pre-bidding conference, UNDP Moldova has changed the financial evaluation methodology. Complete information is presented in the revised Annex V (Price Schedule / Financial Proposal) which can be downloaded at the link below.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to allow for sufficient time for offerors to consider the new information, the competition deadline is hereby extended until 27 July 2010, 16:30.
