You are requested to submit a proposal for the provision of consultancy services to support target LPAs in strengthening their capacities to plan, budget, implement, monitor and evaluate in an efficient manner as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Support target LPAs in strengthening their capacities to plan, budget, implement, monitor and evaluate in an efficient manner LOT 1/LOT 2/LOT 3 – JILDP” should reach the UNDP office no later than 16 June 2010, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
