Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP for the provision of consultancy services to carry out the assessment of deconcentrated public services in the Republic of Moldova – JILDP” should reach the UNDP office no later than 10 June 2010, 16:30, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically.
